The club is led by a nine member Board of Directors. Every year three of the Board seats come up for election, for which anyone who is a member of the club can choose to run for. In addition to the Board, there are the Financial Officer, Secretary and Communcations positions. All positions are voluntary and no one is paid for their parcipitation. There is no "Grand Pooh-Bah" who calls the shots, and no one is here to try to take over the world.
The club is incorporated as a not for profit organization and is operated in exactly that fashion. Membership dues are currently $12 per year, which includes the newsletter. The dues cover everyone at the same address, with one vote per membership.
